Found a few items yesterday..Me and DrDave got out looking around yesterday. We didn't hit the gold mine or anything, but didn't come away empty handed. Seemed like pistol bullets where the only thing to be found. I got a few round balls, a colt, and a strange post war bullet. Also including a pic of the area we hunted as you can see it's not easy to get around.

Cool stuff, man! At least you didn't get skunked and brought home some lead!
That 'modern' bullet definitely looks old. I'd be interested to see what type it is and when it was made.

Brian, two of those bullets appear to have been chewed! you think soldiers did that a lot when they got bored or from pain, as in "bite the bullet"
