Just before Ian found the CS buckle in last show I found this knife.
I took the knife home and began looking it over and trying to get some
of the rust off. It seemed to have some writing etched on the blade. Well
after a few weeks of working on it and doing some research the story is
starting to come together. I've spent a good bit of time trying to fiqure this little broken knife out.
I just wanted to post some pictures to show everyone sometimes a treasure can be found in the iron you dig.
Some might say all the iron stuff is junk, but this tells a story to me.
If anyone has any information about this maker feel free to post it. I would love to find a non-dug knife by this maker
to compare them.

Also if I'm seeing things let me know! I've looked at this thing so long I could be way off on it.

Overall pic of the Knife

What I think it says. I'm still working on the last line, but can
see a "S"
