Here's a what's it for you guys.  I found this about a foot away from the CS Plate I found in January.  I'm thinking maybe something dealing with a Saddle/Bridle or maybe even something with artillery.  

What do YOU guys think?  The first pic is a 'before'.  The second pic is after about 3 days of soaking in a rust remover solution.
