I found these things over by the closed down mental wards and under those trees above the ball fields there.
I researched the spoon and its made by Oneida.
that company has a strange beginning with a religious cult up north.
I was able to date the spoon back in the 1920s.
the round thing appears to be a tent loop. not sure about the other things there. My fiance made the Confederate quilt for my bed and if anyone is interested in a custom quilt made just contact me.
she has been making quilts for 30 years.

is a saddle sheild worth anything?
what about the pewter button?
I think thats from an under shirt _________________ A man is a master of his thought.

The top right hand item is actually a oval loop. They are used on the McClellan saddles to run leather straps in to hold stuff on etc. I don't think it's a valuable item as far as money, but it's an excellent CW find. Here is a pic of one attached to a saddle.
I agree with George on the tent loop and is the button pewter? I've found
several iron buttons just like it in CW camps. The round looking object in the lower left hand corner. Is that a shell case? If so lets see a pic of the back of it.
thanks a bunch for identifying the belt loop.
no thats not a shell case
its just a short piece of copper tubing.
I think the under shirt button is made of pewter as it has no rust at all.
I think Ian dug up one similar to it in his vid
